Customer Communication

At SandChip we believe that excellent customer communication is the key to a successful project. Therefore we use the following procedure for every project engagement:

  • Complete specifications communicated with the customer and designer.
  • A Gant Chart formated schedule (in MS Project) for project tracking and manpower estimates.
  • Confirmation with the project managers and designers to verify that the specs and schedules can be met.
  • Status updates as needed to keep the customer informed. This highlights any issues early.
  • Design reviews with customer at key Milestones.
  • Detailed Design Reports with pre and post extraction simulation results.
  • Post Silicon evaluation support as required.

We keep in contact by video/teleconference, phone, and customer site visits if needed
